Being charged for accounts I do not have

I've been dealing with Google Ads for months, and it has been an absolute nightmare. My ads were disapproved, meaning they were never shown to customers, yet Google keeps charging my business account month after month. I've appealed this issue repeatedly. I've probably submitted over ten appeals by now, and every single time, I get the same unhelpful response: You've contacted the wrong department. I follow every link they provide, only to end up back where I started. It's an endless loop of frustration and no accountability.

As a small business owner, I find this incredibly discouraging. Every dollar counts, and it feels like Google is just taking money without providing any service in return. Their support is completely broken; no one takes ownership of the issue, and it's impossible to get a real person who actually cares. At this point, I honestly regret ever signing up for Google Ads. For such a massive, supposedly reputable company, this experience has been the worst I've ever had with any platform. It feels like Google is more interested in collecting money than helping small businesses succeed. I feel frustrated, disappointed, and completely let down. It feels like I'm being scammed by a company that's too big to care about individual customers.

What Google can do better:

Stop billing for disapproved or inactive ads.

Create a real support system with human accountability, not automated runarounds.

Could you provide clear communication and direct refund assistance for small businesses that get caught in these loops?

Treat small business advertisers with the same respect given to larger accounts; we matter too.

Until Google fixes its broken support structure, I wouldn't recommend that any small business owner waste their time or money with this platform.

They took $1,350.00 out of my account for 3 bogus leads

Phone Displayed of 877-325-**** is Inept Poorly Designed

"Logical?" Perhaps Google should change its title name to " Illogical and Sloppy Logistics ?" Much like you allow your You Tube producers to do? So many of the titles You've accepted from these producers have been deceiving the viewers, and most practice avoiding the use of decent English also ?

In reaching your greatly modernized and technically exquisite 877 Number today, viewers are presented with "Five" options, none of which were very helpful, though it "appears" to the caller that an auto attendant is recording the verbalizations of their concerns ?

NOT logical, is that there is no way of the caller ever knowing IF their message has been "received," because the only auto "answer to" the callers' concerns, is the STATEMENT " Your Message Has been Saved!" Saved where, and by WHOM? By Your phone or saved on OUR phones. One would think that technical experts selling their service could be a bit CLEARER (and possibly logical) by informing the caller of WHICH IS REALLY EVIDENT ? NEVER does it suggest to us to press a Number in order to SEND, so how are we to know it WAS sent ?

How convenient for you to "C.A.R.E." in such a manner ? "Can Avoid Responding to Everyone" seems to be your real mantra, doesn't it ?

I didn't sign up for Google ads I'm not selling anything I'm not promoting anything however they keep taking $39.99 out of my account I found a dispute and it was denied which really angers me and have yet to get a hold of Google it's been over a month

Google Ads is charging me $39.99 every two weeks. I don't have any ads, I'm not selling anything, I'm not promoting anything.

I have emailed them and haven't got any response. I've talked to their chatbot, I reached out to their stupid community, and today another $39.99 was taken out of my account again, and there's nothing I can do to stop it.
