Google Ads - I need help

You apparently don't like to talk on the phone so you have your customer service reps send email form letters to people and they don't read our responses they just send another of the same form letters your guy there Theo has sent me six of the same *** form letters and I'm getting sick to my stomach just thinking of this guy's name and I wish bad things on him and I've never been this pissed off in my *** life. This man needs to be fired and never be hired anywhere else that has anything to do with dealing with the public! Theo sent me six of the same form letter telling me that I need to put my full name on my AdSense account that means I need to add a middle name so that it matches my driver's license and guess what your preferences personal info page does not allow for a middle name I keep telling Theo this and he keeps sending me the same mother *** form letter telling me to put my full name on that page that doesn't allow for a *** full name!

Terrible customer support

Spoke with a customer service representative who advised me she would turn it over to a Support representative who would call me back. Never received a call back.

I have had my google ads account started and has accrued $1600 of charges after I paused it in July

I paused my campaigns in July and they were started again by google on Sept 14th. They have accrued $1600 of charges and worse then that I did not even get 1 email or phone call. I did not authorise the campaigns and I am annoyed at not being able to contact google to resolve it.

It is now 9 days later and this issue is still not resolved. I did however receive a mail from Prathyusha, Ad Support, stating that I need to apply for a Google Certificate.

Something that has been done twice. Once stating that we do not have any gaming on the site so the Certificate request is denied and the second time stating that we do real money gambling on the site, something we do not do at all.

we do not even have links to gambling sites. I have now added the following people, the CEO, the VP for Google Ads and 2 Executives Thomas Kuria and Ruth Porat to the mail...and still not any closer to a resolution.

So my journey to hellsville started a month back. I have a website that does analysis and pattern recognition on winning lotto number sets of 31 lotteries around the world.

And that is where logic falls out the window. Google Ads first required me to get a Gambling license. After contacting the Gambling Board they sent me a mail confirming that they will not issue a gambling license as no gambling is done on the site. After crossing that hurdle Google Ads required me to apply for a Gaming Certificate from Google.

I also had to have an over 18 notification and gambling help center links on my site. We added the over 18 consent popup and help center links to the site and applied for the Gaming Certificate... but, Google replied (and I kid you not) with 2 reasons for not being able to issue a gaming certificate. The first reason, "No gaming is done on the site" and the second reason "Real money gambling is done on the site".

We have absolutely 0 gambling or gambling site links on my website and as previously stated, the Gambling Board took a look at my site and confirmed in mail that no gambling is done on the site so they will not issue a Gambling License.. We've appealed the rejections about 10 times so far (if not more) and I even went so far as to reply to support and added Vidhya Srinivasan, the head of Google Ads in the mail. Still waiting on a reply from both.

Dealing with Google Ads proves that the struggle is real. The nightmare continues.

User's recommendation: If your issue is slightly complicated, be ready for a struggle. Common sense is not as common as one would think at Google Ads

Please refer to my original review.. I was scammed by your customer service people for a total of $28,900.

The company should fire those 3 representatives that did this and reimburse all my savings that they stole from me.

To get my Adds account straightened out

Call your company Im beginning to think is about the most horrible company you can find I have called nine and 10 times a day just to get my ad account straightened out a lady rushed me through it didnt tell me what kind of account I was getting or anything else and I ended up with the wrong kind of account and cannot advertise with it and then you start billing me and I stop the billing I am not paying for something that I did not agree to I do want an account but I want to serve the purpose for what I need it for for Advertising my store not paper click at. So would you kindly get in touch with me I just left my phone number and everything and I am really sick of trying to call you guys day after day after day after you guys tried to charge me $200 and $60 and $50 only just a couple of days after the girl set up the attic account and didnt even tell me what kind she was saying that rush me through it and hung up on the phone and that is very rude and I am sick of it and pissed !

Can't get any live help for what I'm trying to do

Trying to order the free Google 9 pixel fold cell phone an can't get live help. I kept getting the trying around an information I didn't need I just want to talk to a live person that can help me an there isn't any help as far as trying to order the phone it as of there is know help for ordering over the phone

I don't know if you or anybody else can help me but I had to pay $47 to just answer expert just to figure this *** out and I still not sure if that's going to work cuz it still isn't resolved yet I'm supposed to wait for some magical email but I still haven't received it and I doubt I ever will.

Horrible customer service, no support

I have used google ads with the same website for years never had an issue then a few months ago out of nowhere the website was flagged as compromised and all my assets, links, EVERYTHING was flagged. I submitted appeal after appeal, talked to multiple agents, sent screenshots proving the disapproval was wrong and the site is safe per Googles own safe browser and URL inspection tools.

I even canceled the account opened a new one to see if that would reset. No they have flagged the website in general, added it to safe browsing blocked list or something.

This is a kids martial arts school that is locally owned and operated. How can they do this when their own scanning shows its safe and no issues???

My company card was charged 3 times the limit specified and I am unable to find information on how to have the amount refunded. I've called over 4 different numbers that send me in a circle. I've spoken to the same agent 2 times with no resolution.

I have been trying to reach google ads over the past 2 years, they waste everyones time by having you first speak to a call center verying all your information before they transfer you to the google ads rep only to hear the automated message we are sorry this service is not available at the moment. It is ridiculous!

Has anyone else had any luck getting through to google ads dept if so please let me know how. Thank you.

Also randomly receiving calls from individuals in India who say they are google Account Strategist and would like to help with some strategies that might improve the efficiency of your account. Would anyone know if they are legit or otherwise?
